* My biggest passion at work is to solve Problems. finding a solution for complicated issues and implementing it in later projects and overall tasks in the organization gives me the biggest satisfaction.* I was born and raised in Eilat and started my Bsc in structural engineering in BGU university. I find it very interesting and diverse engineering where I can find more interest. * I am a senior structural engineer at Veev and also act as a team lead for structure discipline which include structural engineers and modelers. My job is to design, model and create fabrication documents for buildings according to specific standards and very sophisticated technology developed in our company. I also manage an amazing group of people that make it all happen and make the Digital Model to be Real (Digital Twin) including all Permitting , Calculation , Site Drawings and Fabrication Documents.* My goal is to help our industry be more simple and much faster. with technological solutions that help reduce the amount of site workers and reduce project timelines.* my top skills are :1. Fast learning & Time Management .2. Problem solving & innovation.3. Leadership & - Team Manager. 4. TeamWork & Collaboration.5. Planning & Organization.* I took part in various types of construction projects in my career, most of them were in Israel and were very high scale government projects. I learned a lot from each and every one of them along the way and still know that this is only the beginning and I have a bunch of other things to learn and achieve in the future.* Me: my biggest joy is my family - I have 3 kids (2 girls and a boy) and an amazing wife . We love traveling, hiking and being in nature. I enjoy working in my small homemade workshop with small carpentry or welding jobs.
