Results are available as the best out of three vendors in terms of 2-D position error in official FCC Indoor Test Report to CSRIC III-WG3.- Designed (Matlab) and implemented (C) particle filter using multipath profile database established by Gaussian process model, and specific shopping mall map constraint to combat severe indoor multipath and loss of line of sight. Designed the methodology for crowd sourcing in Rx multipath database establishment.- Participated in design (Matlab) and implementation (C) of sensor fusion tracking algorithm using accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope and step counter based on Samsung Galaxy S4 and S5 platforms.- Designed (Matlab) and implemented (C) the Rao-Blackwellized particle filter based on BTLE landmarks and WiFi/BTLE RSSI database established by Gaussian process model.- Designed new 5.115 MHz Tx and Rx architectures for the reuse of external partner's Beidou chipset. Established the proof of performance by grid tests in San Francisco and South bay.- Designed and verified the digital front end of NextNav reference receiver based on Maxim chipset.- Improved the computation efficiency of the fixed-point multiple signal classification (MUSIC) algorithm by 50% via pivoting in Jacobi rotation.- Designed the automation algorithm for PRN code and frequency offset allocation of the time / frequency / code division multiplexing terrestrial beacon trilateration system.
