• Partner with Real Estate Manager, Designers to support new store opening projects.• Track key milestones and budgets • Work with internal partners (VM, Operation, IT and Finance), aligning on planned expenditures and resources allocation across the entity portfolio. • Confer with project and store personnel, resolve problems and support set timelines and budget.• Maintain contractor and vendor relations for each project. • Coordinate with vendors to source owner furnished items for projects. • Manage project cost within budget and project close out requirements.
