At Ruckus, my position is to maintain the connection function of AP, such as WPA2, WPA3, and 8021X.Besides, Ruckus AP are thin AP that need a controller to manage, including wifi configuration provision to AP and the AP status reporting to the controller.Except for the maintenance of AP management and connection, Ruckus AP supports mesh function. I am a member of the mesh team, also. Need to fix the issue, such as the packet loss, mesh AP connectivity issue or specific data frame do not work, when there is a new introduced driver, such as wifi7. It needs close cooperation with the driver team in different countries.In the recent development, as the requirement for Linux kernel upgrade. Some infrastructure needs to be updated and adapted to the existing code base, such as upgrading netlink from libn1 to libnl3. It needs skill and knowledge to modify the makefiles inside the workspace due to there are so many legacy functions that need backward compatibility. During the development and debugging, sometimes it needs to take a look for further reasons of connection issues, such as IE mismatch in the frame. To do that, I use the raspi with the wifi module to build a small wifi station. The latest version is able to use BE200 to establish wifi7 connection. Show less
