Working with the purchase, needed to coordinate with the manufacture department to arrange the required lead time and have to deal with the pricing negotiation annually. Working with the quality, beside being responsible to the product performance, I also must be familiar with the process in order to let the customer have the overall picture of the quality control. Working with the engineers, beside having knowledge with the parts and material, I also must be aware of what technology and capacity we had in order to develop the right product that works with both customer and the factory. Oversea business trip is the most intense and exciting task among project. Highly pressure on facing customer directly on their territory required clever react and sufficient control on the profession. But which also make it the best experience to grow and best chances to expand the vision toward the world. To me, customers are not only customers. Working closely as friend and understanding each other is the most efficient way in projects. Until now, we even kept each other's personal contact and share travel experiences. Expectation The previous job brought me a sense of accomplishment, meantime I am fully confident that all the customers that I have served before are satisfied with my performance. On the other hand, these are the same reasons that I hope I can have a breakthrough for my next phase. I am expecting myself apart from servicing the customer passively, I can be an active character to expand new territory and gain more profit and value for the company.
