Major focus on CMOS Imaging Sensor and On-Chip Multi-film IR-Cut (optical fingerprint recognition) project tapeout / management for world’s leading customers.- Provide time-to-market goals and milestones under fast-paced schedule pressure to ensure a new tapeout/project can be completed on time.- Provide engineering and/or back-up solutions on both new tapeout and mass production products.- Act as a link between customers and company to implement engineering process/concept and corrective action, risk evaluation to ensure stability and quality during a full life cycle of products.- Troubleshooting engineering issues on customer's request, resolving other engineering issues regarding process issue/change, (low) yield issue, photo-mask tapeout, RMA, conducting regular follow up on customer's activities.- Collaborate with process integration team for performing the desired process and/or material installation procedures, preparing detailed schedule regarding the project specification, conducting DOE, and analyzing emerging trends for recommending the new process or material.- Prepare relevant engineering records, inline process data, and documents to fulfill customer's routine quality monitoring and product presentations.- Host in different conferences, and (virtual) meetings for routine engineering discussion, including process monitoring, technical troubleshooting and calibration, quality assurance, spec control, material change, and RMA.- Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within engineering area. Assists in strategic planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customer management.- Collaborate with sales team, integration engineers, quality engineers, and production control engineers for obtaining accurate information of process usage, process change, system operations, and product management.

Responsible for delivery, production arrangement, logistic handling, raw material allocation for world’s leading customers.- Troubleshooting capacity and cycle time issues, resolving other production issues regarding material change, operation tool down issue with internal teams.- Scheduled wafer start and shipment.
