Self-disciplined, dedicated, and collaborative project engineer who utilize effective communication skills, both organizational and interpersonal, to eliminates barriers, resolve problems and builds stronger relationship with multi-groups of expertise in order to lead and complete a project within limited of time. As a project leader and C.S. enginner, I am the coordinator between internal team and customer, overseeing color filter new tapeout schedule and engineering/process issues. The most fascinating part of this job is to start a project from ground up and lead the products until its mass production where both parties found it rewarding to see the results.Before working as a C.S. Engineer, I worked as an Account Production Control Engineer. This was the period I utilized my communication skill on supply chain management, production cycle time management and product delivery within time-driven circumstance to make sure customer’s products can be time-to-market.I am passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other professionals. While I am working as a C.S. Engineer, my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or engineering unit leader to understand their objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.I have a Bachelor from University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign.
