- Participation of VP level procurement negotiation in the creation of new JV between French Group Renault and Chinese State Company Dongfeng, including the procurement process, decision principle, procurement team recruiting, etc. Work as communication window between Renault and Dongfeng, ensure the mutual understanding in the discussion of sensitive and political subjects.- Procurement strategy set up and bidders list preparation of main production lines (Stamping, Painting, Assembly work shop) for Capex investment (4 B RMB budget) of Greenfield before the arrival of Capex procurement team.- Procurement management for new JV’s 1st Vehicle project, establish sourcing plan, build up vehicle breakdown budget and set up saving road map. Follow up RFQ activities with buyer and project manager, organize nomination committee with relevant department, ensure the resolution of hard point in procurement activities to deliver the vehicle project with planed QCDP performance
