This included the redesign and upgrade of a poorly designed Heavy Media Circuit for the coarse fraction, the design/pilot testing/ erection/and commissioning of a complete fines circuit utilizing Reflux Classifiers and CMI centrifuges, and the complete rebuild/replacement of the drying/screening/and loadout failed infrastructure. This included stepping into a position as the Plant Manager (superintendent) as the plant personal were being trained and new operating teams were created. • Currently working on the design and development of a by- products development plan for a salt product to further expand plant capabilities and profitability. Design and commissioning of a salt pilot plant was completed late 2015 during a recent maintenance repair shutdown.
