At Wacker Neuson I worked as the direct contact for suppliers based globally to resolve quality issues in our supply chain which included adjusting inventory and the creation of return shipments. I utilized my bilingual background and worked with Chinese suppliers as prime vendors. I was a key team player in monthly reviews of supplier behaviors which included defects that occurred and the timeline to resolution. As part of this team I completed the first pass yield weekly report as well which measured the labor hours that were expended because of defective parts so they could be billed to the suppliers. - Determine the primary cause of RGA’s, identify the root cause for the return; and issue Quality Notifications- Keep quality and defective return; notify and negotiate with suppliers of any defects, and schedule return shipment.- Remove defective or incorrect products from stock and perform the appropriate inventory transactions in (WMS) warehouse management system (SAP)
