负责从0到1搭建微信公众号贷超体系，公众号矩阵+一站式后台管理系统，并组建相关运营团队，明确运营目标，制定精细化的运营  方案，带领团队完成业务指标。统计业务数据并上报，为决策层提供业务数据支持。搜索引擎、信息流网站广告投放，实时监控广告数据，并对数据进行统计分析与总结，不断优化营销方案，提升推广效并实时调整。熊猫多保（互联网保险项目）项目筹备与上线，对保险客户量增长负责，策划异业合作，微信群裂变等活动。
