Digital SoC ATE Test Development- Hands-on NPI experience with DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, HVS, TDF on Advantest 93K Smart8 platform.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering/DFT) for yield improvement and test time reduction activities to optimize test efficiency.- Committed to mentoring new team members, empowering them to manage project efficiently and cultivate basic Test Engineering skills.

GaAs / InP HBT & IPD products- Closely work with multi-functional teams (layout/fabrication/device characteristic/reliability/failure analysis) to drive new process or materials for mass-production.- Bring up next-generation GaAs HBT manufacturing technique for Sub-6 GHz Cellular or Wi-Fi power amplifier applications minimizing loss and thermal issues. (0->1)- Improve InP HBT device reliability to meet JEDEC standards by finding root cause of failure mechanism and initiate timely corrective actions.- Define milestones and communicate product development schedule on regular basis.
