Requirements span functional areas of policies, employee relations, general workforce management, compensation, absence management, and labor relations for 12 University-wide and 14 campus specific union contracts. • Lead HR in business process redesign and standardization for the roll out of a new University-wide shared service center. • Represent HR in all project work streams, including training, communication, data conversion, testing, and system interfaces.
