This is a two year rotational program for MBA graduates at Citi. Below are some of the projects I accomplished during the program.Rotation # 2: Mortgage Sales Technology and Support• Drove the process mapping effort for nine features in Salesforce/LoanFX mortgage originations systems integration to ensure data mapping aligns with client experiences and business objectives• Optimized the customer email communication strategy, design and implementation with multiple business partners to enable delivery of consistent messaging to clients engaged with Citi Mortgage throughout the customer journey • Coordinated with IT and Information Security teams to launch a Salesforce platform encryption product, Shield, in order to protect Citi consumer personal information stored in Salesforce Rotation #1: Consumer Analytics and Modeling Unit • Led documentation efforts for CCAR modeling projects by summarizing and coordinating inputs from model developers and sponsors to ensure accurate representation of model details and timely delivery • Led a 12-week Citi Lean project for Mortgage Originations Issue Management team. Through actively engaging senior leaders across teams in originations, three targeted pain points were resolved through Lean project. A new SharePoint site was built to streamline the process of raising and receiving issues, resulting in reduced cycle time by 10%

• Facilitated with building a 3-year non-connected thermostat portfolio roadmap for professional channel based on opportunities and pain points discovered from in-depth interviews with HVAC contractors across country• Analyzed HVAC contractors product preference, purchasing decision-making process and brand perception of Emerson thermostat; Identified future business space of interest to graph new product concept• Analyzed competitive landscape in retail channel for non-connected thermostats; Facilitated sales organization with product line review for the 2nd biggest national account

• Identified a niche market in exporting foreign baby products to Chinese parents featuring free international shipping; Developed social media marketing strategy and pricing strategy• Monitored new market demand by creating an active online community for new and retained customers• Designed hub-and-spoke distribution network to reduce shipping cost by 30%; Built volume-weight-shipping fee model for bundle product promotions

• Developed high value yeast strains for industrial-scale production of plant terpenoid• Conducted plant extracts market research, primarily for the Chinese market. Analyzed market potential for six antioxidant compounds and recommended astaxanthin as company’s prioritized research target based on net present value (NPV) analysis
