- Provide daily/weekly/monthly operational performance analytics in a timely, accurate manner with data integrity- Create and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports in support of non-standard requirements- Provide recommendations based on findings in the form of actionable insights- Develop an analytics infrastructure to integrate federated data and automate analysis of that data in order to provide recommendations to business leaders: identifying trends and understanding the drivers behind those trends- Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret situations/problems using multiple sources of information

- Support operations and business projects related to the allocation and budgeting of computing resources.- Play a role in the advancement of strategy, policy, and supporting tools for operations; Provide hands-on scripting/tool development as necessary- Work with partner teams to launch and deliver projects related to data architecture around demand and supply-side compute resource management- Provide recommendations based on findings in the form of actionable insights optimizing resource efficiency, minimizing infrastructure costs- Play a role in influencing the design and delivery of policy, products and data architectures to optimize internal compute resource management through automation- Develop forecasting models that accurately reflect past performance and predict future performance- Work with statistical tool (R) for analysis, modeling, forecasting and spreadsheets- Create and distribute routine and ad-hoc analysis in support of non-standard requirements- Perform analysis to validate the accuracy of data being reported and providing trend/early-warning analysis
