- Work closely with brands and garment mills to identify market needs for ready to wear segment- Maintain & enhance customer intimacy through educational training,enquiry follow-up,branding service and supply chain support & management- Initiate co-branding campaign with leading brands and increase TENCEL awareness- Provide market and product insight for value chain partners to do co-development- Collect marketing and competitor information and share insights internally- Coordinate & align with global RTW segment internally- Daily communicate with all related customers along the entire textile value chain

Responsible for China apparel market， provide retail branding and information solutions for Apparel brands.• From Zero to one，find new customer and Make sure that all customers in respective region are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by Averydennison•Work with brands and garment factories to identify market needs .Track performance and development with target customers,control risk and quality of bulk production.• Collect market and product trend for value partners to do new development. Have know well about the textile supply chain ,apparel and fabric manufacturing.• Actively engage in important customer meetings and negotiations (e.g. regarding pricing, service levels, etc.)

•Coordinate and supervise all sales activities in respective region.•Cultivate and develop existing customers in the long term. •Approach vendors in respective region and ensure that won nominations – global brands or domestic brands,such asAdidas,Nike,Uniqlo,etc.•Approved color and develops new products.•Have system knowledge of textile industry,from fiber,yarn,fabrics to garment factory.
