• Led and completed multiple midstream asset acquisitions and dispositions with values up to $250 MM. Managed all aspects of evaluations and transactions including data room, due diligence, economic evaluation.
• Completed long term gas processing and sales agreements with the government of Trinidad’s Natural Gas Co. and world scale LNG export facility resulting in doubling of processing plant and NGL capacity and over $300 MM.
