Responsibilities:Corporate with recruiting department to interview candidates and recruit new tester.Assistant to evaluate the feasibility of the project.Experience in testing process building and continual improvement.Make training plan for test team, arrange test training and collect feedbacks.Build the defect report process and issue level standard.Play the admin role of JIRA and Testlink.Mentor for new employees.Create the standard template of the test plan, test report, test team weekly status report.------------------------------Requirements analyze at the beginning of the project.Distribute and track the task.Track the schedule of the testing process.Execute test case.Generate test report.Generate weekly report.Generate release notes.User training for clients.
