Current- Responsible for the development and execution of annual plans to support brand growth; including the open-to-buy, channel & store forecasts, setting imu targets, and building allocation & warehouse calendars

- Own open-to-buy sales and inventory forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities regularly with CEO/COO/CMO
- Launched APTOS Allocation system in conjunction with ERP implementation, rebuilt distribution process, team responsibilities, achieved a +9% improvement in inventory turn over the 4-year period
- Partner with the Merchant/Buying team on product life cycling, hind-sighting, seasonal buying and key item strategies
- Evolved the reporting and meeting process to create/elevate cross functional dialogue & strategy building
