CERTIFIED TAI CHI & QIGONG INSTRUCTOR & PROFESSIONAL FITNESS INSTRUCTOR I teach Yang-Style TAI CHI & QiGong Exercises to Students, of all ages & levels, through gentle flowing movements with the breath, building Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, & Inner Calmness ....True Balance for the Mind & Body. I'm also specially trained, to teach individuals with various health conditions (Ie: Balance issues, Parkinson's Disorder, & much more). Fitness is my passion!
