My scope as Lead Electrical Engineer – Conducting On-job-training for our co-workers when they need assistance on their works or I feel that they are lacking of knowledge on certain works. Being in charge of Project planning and implementing with hands-on works for projects.Plan and carry out preventive maintenance together with our team. Manage and advise on the safety issue that our co-workers are facing or maybe be facing. Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Work Procedures. Tool Box meeting with our team on certain safety issue we need to take extra care of / or when I see that could be a risk in the job to be carried out.Attend to unsolved break down during off-work hours such as weekends and mid nights.
