• Mechanical design team management• Mechanical design proposal definition and review• Arrange training to engineers according to different level,• Communicate with customer to define product specification,• Responsible for mechanical design timeline to meet customer milestone• Responsible for mechanical parts DFMEA • Work with process engineer to make PFMEA,• Work with process engineer to assure manufacturing feasibility• Work with production engineer and quality engineer to make quality control plan to meet customer’s requirements.• Work with quality and purchasing team to audit suppliers.• DV/PV failure analysis and make action plan accordingly
