· Experience with successfully managing all aspects of HR Business Partner role including implementing Talent Management Processes; recruiting, performance managing, succession planning and reorganization; planning and managing the personnel cost budget; aligning and facilitating company core values with employee opinion survey; and coordinating cross-functional team work on business target by target setting.· Ambition for globally optimizing and streamlining the HR end-to-end processes based on the previous experienced in the famous global electronics company supported by Oracle and Share Service organizations; and on the current experiences with project and position which are covering multi countries across various business units and functions.· Interest in HR’s new role and responsibility during the generation with the new technologies like artificial intelligence and augmented reality, with GIG economy composed on various types of workforces and with the unseen young generations who needs to be embraced to ensure the sustainable business and society.· Have good-natured educational background, well-combined expertise experience, and endeavor for better HR processes and practices.
