Create and maintain a supportive services directory of educational and vocational programming in Washington, D.C. and surrounding Maryland counties. Establish quarterly educational/vocational plans for all program residents. Work with residents individually to promote progress on goals outlined in the educational/vocational plan. Attend youth focused planning meetings, including Youth Transition Meetings (YTP), to ensure youth plans regarding educational and vocational programming are outlined and achievement plans are created. Facilitate/arrange psychoeducational groups and activities related to educational and vocational progress. Assist social work team and resident into ensuring child care plans critical to educational and vocational success. Establish quarterly educational/vocational plans for all program residents. Schedule weekly meetings with each youth to monitor and track educational and vocational progress.
