Over the years, my career has spanned various areas of focus to include health and wellness, marketing and communications, strategic planning and change management, security and operations, and organizational development. The common thread has always been helping people to be their best selves. I am driven by my passion for truly understanding and connecting with people. I find this is to be a critical element in developing inclusive strategies and leading teams to deliver successful employee programs and technical solutions that align with organizational goals and values, and enable leadership and their workforce to do their best work.

As a senior consultant, I served as account manager and team lead working with senior leadership as a trusted advisor to set strategic direction in the planning, execution, management, and continuing process improvement of all assessments, workshops, action teams, and communications for culture change and talent management programs reaching up to 600 participants - linking strategy and performance to organizational culture. I also managed the internal security program in compliance with the NISPOM as Facility Security Officer (FSO).

As marketing coordinator, I planned, executed, monitored and closed marketing projects in support of our health & fitness initiatives for the GWU campus population of students and faculty of all ages and from all over the world. Daily and long term projects included marketing, execution, management and evaluation of my small marketing project team, membership campaigns, program sponsorships, seasonal programs and wellness events. Also served as facility manager for the 190,000 sq ft fitness facility, its equipment, activities and events, as well as approximately 15 staff and 200 patrons at a given time. During my tenure, I founded a student employee leadership council, initiated a social media campaign, and created a fitness incentive program that encouraged healthy activity among our members. This program was a great success with over 400 participants.

As program assistant, I co-created promotional web and print materials, and served as staff photographer and editor in chief of our internal and external newsletters. In this capacity, I conducted staff interviews, performance evaluations, facilitated meetings and group trainings for hundreds of student staff and dozens of professional staff. As facility manager, I co-managed a team of 90 staff and supervised a 265,000 sq-ft sport and fitness facility to include management of events up to 500 attendees and 50 staff. In this capacity, I also developed and implemented emergency action plans and procedures, as well as critical day-to-day operational processes.
