Becoming a Cost Analyst for HunaTek has taught me how to work independently while being truly dependable. It has further developed my critical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail. I'm given freedom to exercise leadership and teamwork skills that I have developed over the years. As a Claims Adjuster for GEICO, I negotiated Bodily Injury claims with attorneys. A large part of what the company needed from me was flexibility and efficiency. This was also the beginning of my experience with Microsoft systems and the early development of my leadership capability.My experience in the world outside of work is just as important to me. I have a large family, three beautiful children, a supportive wife, a wealth of friendships, and too many pets. They all help me grow personally on a daily basis. My hobbies also enrich my life in very meaningful ways. Being a musician gives me an outlet for my intense emotions. Playing disc golf keeps me connected to the outdoors. Going to the gym gives me structure to my day. Reading and writing helps keep my ADHD under control.
