It all started with a dream. As a young kid, my dream was to live in a hotel. Pursuing this dream led me into the world of hospitality, where I discovered my passions—training and traveling the world.In my current role as a Learning Content Manager, I have developed my skills in global training, mastering every aspect of the training process. With extensive experience conducting training across all levels of organizations, I have gained a deep understanding of effective learning methodologies and strategies.My journey from event planning to training has shown me the strong connection between the two roles - both require planning, organization, creativity, communication, and adept problem-solving.
