I work closely with internal stakeholders to manage and administer all operational aspects of a portfolio of Independent Adjusting Firms that provide services to Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Managed programs include Non-Litigated Adjusting Services, Litigated Adjusting Services, Catastrophe Adjusting Services, Field Inspection Services and Fast Track Adjusting Services. In addition: • Manage a portfolio of contracted vendors, which includes oversight of over 30 independent adjusting firms with an excess of 500+ contracted resources deployed daily.• Authorize and monitor a contract budget of $1B – with an annual average spend of $70 million dollars. • Analyze vendor performance to evaluate compliance with contractual obligations, quality assurance, and service levels provided to Citizens. Develop corrective action plans and monitor vendor progress towards key milestones and requirements.• Partner with internal departments to develop process workflows, training programs and materials, and overall commitment to continuous success from external vendors.• Refine and streamline oversight of vendor licensing, contracts, credentials, insurance requirements, and performance management of contracted vendors.• Guide competitive solicitation development and milestones with Purchasing, Claims, and Legal departments.• Pioneer program implementation and implementation of operational and system enhancements within the Claims organization.

• B2B sales consisting of lighting maintenance and retrofit programs to end user facility maintenance engineers, energy managers and purchasing professionals. • Identified and worked in conjunction with Energy Savings Companies (ESCO’s) as well as Utilities on Custom Programs. • Primary sales focus on selling interior and exterior turn-key lighting service and energy management programs to retail chains and Commercial office buildings.

• Prospected new business for the purpose of selling Internet and Print advertising products which included: print ads in book, digital ads on YP.com and its affiliated partner sites, website creation, and optimized online search packages.• Prepared sample visuals and value proving background information as basis for meeting the customer’s customized advertising needs.
