After successfully defending companies in both federal and state court jury trials, I have seen firsthand how innocent mistakes due to lack of training can lead to costly and disruptive lawsuits. My wide range of experience, representing some of the largest global corporations to family-owned businesses and startups, has given me the ability to have an understanding and appreciation of the challenges and risks that exist in various workplaces. I am an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder, and frequently conduct impartial workplace investigations, particularly for high risk and sensitive allegations. By conducting employment law audits, I help companies uncover risks and provide legal advice protected by the attorney-client privilege.
