Imis Project Manager Specialist
CurrentResponsible for liaising with all departments to provide an interface between the IT department and all other departments with respect to the IMIS application. The primary function of this role is to promote the use of the iMIS application within the College as the preferred tool for membership management by successfully automating manual processes and increasing productivity across the organisation. This is achieved by accurately interpreting business requirements into automated iMIS solutions and centralising data into iMIS where appropriate. Ensure that the iMIS application is used as is intended by the application vendor such that unused components of the iMIS application can be utilised in future without the need for more re-engineering of the iMIS application.Identify opportunities for automating manual process and centralising data using the iMIS application (where feasible and appropriate)Project manage any implementations of interfacing software with IMIS and ensure that the implementation of different modules is seemless to the users both internal and external.Implementation of the Events module and Events online for use throughout the college.Impletmentation of billing online with the website development and working with third party consultants to set up billing online, roles and integration with IMIS, Gateway and website.Project managing implementations that impact on IMIS or are set up in IMIS to help the business.Ensuring data integrity systems set up for the imis system and maintaining its integrity.
