I am a Road Warrior! I have travelled the world working and managing onsite operations for 20+ years. In my role of Senior Travel Director at One10 Inc (formerly Aimia/formerly Carlson Marketing Group), I have had the great opportunity to bring carefully planned visions to life. Onsite work may sound exotic, but the truth is it takes a special blend of experience, knowledge and improvisation to make it all happen.Core Strengths include: - Project Management - Change/Emergency Management - Strategic Problem Solving - Organizational Effectiveness - Training & Development - Evaluation/Assessment - Public Speaking - Tech Savvy Although I am most often the leader of programs/projects onsite, I have experience and expertise in all areas of onsite operations including, (but not limited to) data analysis and administration, budgeting, food & beverage management, vendor relations, client/executive relationships, activity coordination, hospitality, transportation, etc.I have had the honor of working and managing events as large as Olympic hospitality programs (Sydney, Vancouver, Beijing, Salt Lake City) to small once-in-a-lifetime events (e.g. a private tour of the Sistine Chapel).Lots of stories.
