Differentiated for its true real-time Personalization/Recommendation capabilities, the platform enabled large B2B and B2C customers to engage with site visitors and SaaS users adapting and personalizing the experience at scale.As Evergage's first hire, built and led the engineering team, developed the product and scaled the platform to service 150M+ end users.• Led development of the core platform, a distributed real-time event processing pipeline with real-time Segmentation and AI/ML-powered Personalization/Recommendation.• Developed many key technologies: core real time segmentation and personalization, churn scoring algorithm, contextual analytics model for e-commerce, template/query language for Personalization/ Recommendations.

Java-based server on top of clustered Vertica (column-oriented database) to perform extremely fast aggregations to populate dynamic Bayesian networks. Provenance became a Quintiles product after their acquisition of Eidetics in 2008.
