• Fully handle to setup a new office in Hong Kong • Lead & manage procurement department to develop and maintain database• Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals & vendor agreement• Fully handle of key accounts for all aspects from enquiries, orders following & after-sales services • Review & analysis the statics to meet the budget forecasting• Lead & manage maintenance department in order to maintain the after-sales services• Lead colleagues to handle ad hoc project
