Responsibilities; covering all aspects of Operations across site which include the office, mail room and reception. Main responsibilities include raising PO’s, processing recharges, to maintain and update relevant documentation relating DRP, Skips, posters & Keys. To carry out audits of keys and locks on site ordering stock, ordering and installing signage as well as replacing posters around site. In addition, I will cover the mail room which involves franking letters and parcels, receiving and sorting post from Royal Mail and couriers, processing payments, scanning parcels and organising any incoming post to the relevant Pigeon tray for the customer to collect. I will also cover reception on a rota where I have gained many valuable skills and improved knowledge on the operating systems such as Net 2 and passage point allowing me to sign people in, make passes, add and remove access, deactivate passes & problem solve. I also do data analysis by regularly running reports from the Net 2 system, then filtering and analysing the information via Excel.
