I have been at Hildebrand for nearly 11 years and have advanced very quickly. I was a Level II CNA within 6 months of being hired. After 3 years I went to the Activities . I have leadership skills and experience. I have computer knowledge and am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Matrix. Matrix is our current program for charting, MDS, Care Plans, Progress Notes, etc.,I have people skills, I can write a plan of correction and provide information for yearly pay for performance. I have been through 11 yearly state surveys.I can successfully manage a team and Get the job done. I have a BS in Healthcare Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I am currently in school to obtain my MBA in Healthcare.
