Supervisor, Vehicle Configuration
CurrentThe Supervisor, Vehicle Configuration plays a key leadership role in the Valuations and Industry Solutions Department. The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of internal analysts charged with the collection, processing and configuration of all vehicles that are the basis of Kelley Blue Book products, services and partner requests.Responsibilities include:• Tactical planning with Valuations and Industry Solutions Senior Management for department and personnel development, growth and goals.• Develop and manage best practices for the analysis and configuration of vehicle data.• Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, appraisal and work assignments of internal analysts.• In-depth knowledge of departmental systems, including a proprietary data entry user interface and other workflow management tools.• Engage in development of software requirements in an agile software development environment.• Establish measurable goals for staff that encourage individual growth and accountability.• Perform periodic staff performance reviews.
