Various duties in high volume ENT clinic for physician who specializes in voice and airway disorders. Surgery and procedure scheduling, medication refills, assisting in clinic procedures, peri surgical education, precertification, ordering specialty supplies for office procedures,patient notification of pathology/lab results and telephone advice.

Advising patients of their pathology, lab and radiology results, medication refills, assisting with patient referrals, scheduling appointments, telephone triage.

A wide range of duties which included working one on one with surgeon in high volume ENT clinic. Telephone triage, medication refills, peri-surgical education, OR scheduling, prior authorization of medications/procedures, clinic assistance, updating EMR to name a few.

Assisting RN's with supervision of unlicensed personnel, coordinating and staffing health fairs, developing care plans for students with health care needs, staff education.
