Provide Leadership to Property Management TeamManage Commercial Office Buildings

Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of portfolio. Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for maintenance to ensure tenant retention.Develop detailed capital and operating budgets which reflect owner's objectives for the property, cash flow requirements and leasing activity. Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements and review CAMS. Adminster leases for each property including abstracting new leases, reviewing tenant billings and enforcing tenant compliance.Supervise and provide direction to vendors, contractors and maintenance staff. Maintan the properties to company and owner standards.Train new hires on department processes and expectations. Responsible for annual reivew of maintenance staff working on portfolio.
