• Responsible for the end-to-end commissioning lifecycle for funded projects including: designing and development, market engagement, tendering, contract management, quarterly reviews, risk & mitigation, project closedown & variations.• Collaborating with, influencing and challenging stakeholders to define needs and ensure delivery of funded projects in line with strategic plan, agreed outputs and outcomes.• Improving the management of the commissioning portfolio and reducing risk by identifying and managing risk. • Maximising success of projects by working closely with communication and engagement teams to increase exposure within the industry through various platforms, press releases and customer network.

• Responsible for managing the differentiated and complimentary portfolio for short medium haul areas for all source markets.• Liaising with and influencing source market stakeholders to ensure we are selling the right products for our customers.• Responsible for contracting hotel contracts, maintaining supplier and stakeholder relationships and dealing with operational issues.• Analysing contracts and trading conditions and proactively seeking solutions to potential risks.

• Accountable for the compliance of over 4,000 hotels across all source markets (UK, Continental Europe & Northern Europe)• Responsible for co-ordinating hotel compliance and process for governance, liaising with Group functions; Contractors, Legal, Insurance, Health & Safety, Settlement, to work on resolving compliance issues.• Escalating contract and payment exception request to the Compliance Forum, Chief Commercial Officer and Group Legal Counsel.• Designing and delivery training for Group Contracting teams, ensuring alignment across all source markets.• Managing the Contract Compliance Tool on the Group tool and ensuring data accuracy.• Liaising with and influencing source market stakeholders to ensure we are selling the right products for our customers.• Responsible for contracting hotel contracts, maintaining supplier and stakeholder relationships and dealing with operational issues.• Analysing contracts and trading conditions and proactively seeking solutions to potential risks.
