R3FORM STUDIO

At the core of R3FORM is a signature reformer-based method that fuses traditional Pilates with HIIT, yoga, and functional strength training. Every session is led by next-level instructors that have been trained in-house to deliver the kind of precision, energy, and vibe that is unique to R3FORM. Within the studio, expect clean lines, calming tones, natural light, and premium finishes. Co-founders Howard and Christie Braband have built R3FORM which has been shaped by their 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry. The power couple have so far opened 3 studios starting with Castor barns, Peterborough in 2021. With the huge success it wasn’t long before the second studio followed in Marleigh, Cambridge in 2023, with the third studio in Eddington set to be the largest in the UK opening summer 2025.
