-A variety of teaching experiences since 1976 with children in general and special education as well as teaching GED and ESL to adults. -Knowledge of, and experience with, education of children with Emotional Disturbances, Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorders, Disorders of Sensory Integration, and Asperger's Syndrome. -Some knowledge and experience with spoken and written Spanish.-Goals: continue teaching/tutoring opportunities and assume new opportunities as a group faciltator.Specialties: Specialize in individualizing teaching methods, familiarity with Individual Education Plans, methods of teaching acquired second language skills, knowledge of various teaching and learning styles to address individual learning styles and capitalize on learning strengths to overcome weaknesses in learning skills and abilities.
