Cheryl Saunders is a Sr. Systems Programmer and Analyst at Altman Specialty Plants. Colleagues describe her as "Cheryl worked for Altman Plants and Color Spot Nurseries for 10 years programming applications and reports in our SAP ERP and other support systems. I was fortunate enough to be her manager for nearly 2 years; she was the biggest help I have ever had in my 20 years of managing developers and system analysts. She is a creative and reliable system developer. She has an eye for clean attractive designs and quickly implements projects to completion. Cheryl developed ABAP software platforms, UI design and development, and support of existing systems. Cheryl quickly resolved system failures or code issues in order to keep all support system operational. She played a significant role in developing and implementing our web interfaces and internal mobile applications. She supported the Accounting group’s ad hoc report requests, Order Management, Purchasing, and mobile applications for the sales team. She dealt with the details along with the bigger picture. Her coding is excellent and her designs are attractive and innovative. A huge part of Cheryl’s job with us was coordinating interdepartmentally to facilitate the completion of information technologies meeting company-wide goals.
