-Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to students aged 5-21 at an Approved Private School for Students with Disabilities, focusing on enhancing communication skills across diverse modalities, including verbal language, American Sign Language (ASL), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and various Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems such as LAMP, Proloquo2Go, and TouchChat.-Develop and implement language programming within the classroom, facilitating group therapy sessions that foster pragmatic language development and other language skills through structured peer interactions and collaborative activities.-Conduct training sessions for classroom staff, equipping them with tools to support the generalization of communication skills outside therapy settings.-Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and modify individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students' unique communication needs while communicating regularly with students' home districts to coordinate services and ensure alignment with IEP goals.-Manage SEMI billing processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for speech therapy services provided.
