Senior Revenue Manager
CurrentResponsible for reviewing customer contracts for revenue implications and the structuring of non-standard transactions in collaboration with Sales and Legal. Lead the development and implementation of revenue policies using latest accounting standards and provide expertise on revenue practices and decisions. Lead a continuing revenue best practices program for which results have included optimization of resources, reduction in audit fees, and increase in SOX controls. Provided financial insight and decision making support to senior management in regards to acquisitions and financial due diligence as well as lead reporting and controlling transactions during transition period and integration.
