Managed full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition functions for all levels of positions across five (5) Healthcare Consultancy Group companies located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, San Francisco, CA, with an average of over twenty-five (25) open positions. Provided HR Business Partner support including but not limited to coaching and counseling managers on workplace productivity, performance management and workforce planning.Talent Acquisition Partnered with Hiring managers and Agency Leaders to define and source open positions in addition to short and longer term talent needs. Provided direct management and mentorship to the Talent Acquisition team. Managed and build strong client relationships with Hiring Managers, in alignment with business and hiring strategy.• Managed the execution of the overall recruitment strategy for Client Services, Digital and Medical and Scientific positions. Examples as such include: Account Managers, Senior Directors, VP Client Services, VP Business Development, Medical Associates, Senior Medical Scientific Directors, Medical Editors, Creative Art Directors, Digital Project Managers and Finance Directors• Recruitment and end-to-end candidate management, including proactive sourcing via the internet and social media, managing candidate responses from our careers page, networking for employee referrals, coordination with recruiting agencies and communicating and closing offers. • Developed executive sourcing and recruitment strategies, plans and pipelines, including interview process management.• Supported the Director of Talent Acquisition in driving strategic and process improvement initiatives.• Effectively manage and leverage relationships with Learning & Development, Onboarding, and other internal groups.• Distributed key hiring metrics to Hiring Managers, Agency Leaders, the Director of Talent Acquisition, and the CFO.• Launched, customized and administrator of company ATS - Open Hire (Silk Road)
