My career has been in technology and finance. Many years were in sales, some in customer service, and some in marketing and fund raising. I have always enjoyed learning about businesses and what kind of products or services they provide.A lifelong learner, I enjoy being challenged and strive to look at my job in terms of process or requirements. When those pieces fall into place, I can have a full understanding of what needs to be done and how best to achieve my goals.In addition to ability in Microsoft Office, my strong technical skills enable me to quickly learn and effectively use new business applications. Respected and thanked by peers for contributions, I enjoy tackling issues independently and collaborating with others.In my current position a Mortgage Servicing Specialist, I am reporting and reconciling for Investors Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Ginnie Mae (GNMA), and Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLB). I also work with Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans. Additionally, using Ellie Mae Encompass and Jack Henry SilverLake, I board loans and process escrow analysis and disbursements.
