My responsibilities included supporting three Portfolio Managers with monitoring activities of a set of commercial loans. Duties included spreading business financial statements into Moody's Risk Analyst, borrowing base and covenant calculations. Responsible for submitting work to Third Party Vendor for process and review for correctness. Create or update Commercial Loan Origination system with all required data points for new or existing clients, correct any inconsistencies found between CLO, COMPASS and the Agreement to Note. Upload, monitor and service risk triggers and ticklers in CMT. Research and update information relating to Quarterly FED validation projects.

Performed spreading various types of business entity financial statements into Moody’s Risk Analyst (MRA), NFP Worksheet, Muni Worksheet and Hospital Worksheet, covenant and borrowing base calculations. Create CLO Section 1 shells for Commercial, Not for Profit, Dealer, and Municipal lines of business. Corrected and/or notated any inconsistent data between, CLO, COMPASS, MRA and the Agreement to Note. Performed Risk Rating Analysis on various entities in MRA. Monitored and updated CMT ticklers for required financial documents from clients, status of covenants; in compliance or out of compliance, and if collateral value was sufficient for borrowing bases. Communicated with Portfolio Managers and/or Relationship Managers regarding the results of covenant and borrowing base calculations.

Underwrite SBA 7A and 504 Loans; include express, standard and export programs. Analyzes the credit worthiness of individual loan request. Stay abreast of SBA SOP, and conventional loan manuals, appraisal and underwriting standards. Make recommendations to Senior Credit Officers for approvals and declines of credit request subject to underwriting guidelines. Assessed loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy. Reviewed, evaluated and synthesized data to ascertain loan viability and identify risk related issues and potential fraud. Independently performed financial analysis on borrowers.
