Manage all planning and pre-show production logistics for 7 annual workshops and an Annual Meeting, with attendance of 200 – 1000 delegates, as it relates to speakers & moderators, staging and audio visual. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: production budget, speaker/moderator communication and coordination, session rehearsals, vendor.

Supported CEO in all aspects of office administration, including calendar management, extensive travel arrangements, execution of meetings and conferences, expense reporting, invoices and web content management.

Supported partner and associate on a successful team in the areas of sales & marketing in all aspects of the executive search process from development to completion. Role required extensive and confidential contact with potential executive candidates and clients.
