Facilitate New Hire Orientation. Partner with Management on disciplinary or termination proceedings. Contract Sr. Recruiter (Solomon Page) - 01/2016 - 11/2016Full cycle Sales and Call Center recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions, across levels in a process heavy organization. Responsible for a req load of 25 open positions, with 15-18 being non-exempt roles, either in Michigan, Chicago or Nevada. Initiate background checks, create offer letters including calculating compensation, and present offers. Positions recruited for included Telesales Account Executive, Key Account Representatives, Vending Technician Specialist, Technical Specialist, Customer Resource Agents, Vending Service Center Rep, Metal Working Techs, Key Account Supervisor, Outbound Telesales Supervisor, Welder, Delivery Drivers, Government Sales and Support Specialist, and Inventory Project Specialist.
