It was with trepidation that I applied to CN for a conductor position over 17 years ago. My youngest child was beginning full time school and I needed to transition out of full time homemaker to full time employee. Although I was studying to become a teacher I decided to take a leap of faith and try CN, following in my father's footsteps. I have never looked back, the challenge has been amazing. Established the Municipal Service Corporation, first (MSC) for the community, to address housing needs. Following and implementing the recommendations from the Housing and Demands Study to diversify housing selection to new and established Hornepayne residents. The MSC was a key component to the attraction of the Motel Sudio 6 that is currently under construction within the Township.

Worked and represented the Hospital at the provincial level to bring health issues and small-town needs to the forefront of the province. On boarded the CAO and worked closely to ensure that service was not disrupted or decreased.
