Develop and drive the strategic direction of NHP’s marketing and communication strategies including leveraging NHP’s position in the market through multiple channels and touch points to achieve business objectives, maximize membership growth and retention and manage organization reputation.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, and working closely with key senior staff, I am responsible for strategically and collaboratively constructing the framework for all communications functions both internally and externally with respect to information and influence, brand recognition and meaning and public understanding of the need to transform public education.I am responsible for driving all communications initiatives including earned and paid media, social networking and online strategies and print and promotional projects. I provide oversight for the development of all materials which promote the foundation and/or the overarching values of transformative educational initiatives.

At ARGUS I direct the client account service teams in strategic account planning, brand development, brand management, planning and execution of all activities. In addition I provide oversight to both account and creative teams on all campaign and project work. I have supervision of all strategy planning and tactical execution. In 2009, ARGUS won an Emmy Award for a TV spot produced for the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS), a Gold Mark Award for an integrated campaign for Comcast, an Hispanic Creativity AdAge Award for a radio spot produced for Comcast and a Bell Ringer Award for Prom Shorts, an underage youth drinking campaign for EOPSS.
